Carnavale Resources Limited (“Carnavale” or “Company”) is a West Australian based, mineral exploration company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (CAV.ASX) and on the German Stock Exchange in Frankfurt (YBB.FF). The Company is focused on acquiring and exploring high quality and advanced exploration and development projects prospective for gold, nickel precious metals and strategic minerals associated with the electric vehicle battery sector including other new-age disruptive technologies.

The increasing global demand for electric vehicle batteries is predicted to increase significantly over the next decade in various forms of new age batteries. Additional demand will come from robotics, renewable energy, energy storage and computer technology.

Our Projects

Carnavale Resources Limited (ASX:CAV) has signed an exclusive and binding Option Agreement with Western Resources Pty Ltd, a West Australian private company, to acquire 80% of the high-grade Kookynie Gold Project (“KGP”, “Project”), located 60km south of Leonora and 150km north of Kalgoorlie in Yilgarn Craton, Western Australia (Figure 1). In addition the Company acquired 100% of P40/1480 and 100% of application E40/394.

Carnavale signed an option to acquire 80% of the Ora Banda South Project which covers an area of approximately 25km2, located 65km northwest of Kalgoorlie in the Yilgarn Craton, Western Australia.
Carnavale owns 100% of the Grey Dam Ni-Co Project (“Project”), located near Kurnalpi approximately 90km northeast of Kalgoorlie, West Australia. The project is considered prospective for nickel sulphide, kambalda style mineralisation. The tenement package also hosts a shallow laterite Ni-Co resource as well as structurally controlled gold anomalies. In November 2019, Carnavale added to their existing tenement package by securing the right to acquire up to 80% of the adjacent tenement portfolio held by Mithril Resources Ltd (ASX:MTH).

In December 2019, Carnavale (“Company”) secured the right to acquire up to 80% of the Mt Alexander Project located immediately adjacent to St George Mining Limited’s “Cathedrals” nickel sulphide deposit, approximately 100km West of Leonora. The tenement package covers approximately 24km2 of the prosepective granite-greenstone belt, that hosts the Cathedrals nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE (platinum group elements) project.
